If you wish to return part or all of your order this can be done within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
Changes are accepted if the product has not been worn or opened and is in its original condition.
A change can be made with any product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.
In order for the change process to proceed, you must first contact us either by phone 2310523487 or by email info@gabbiano.gr.
In the event that your return is not the fault of the company, it will only charge you the direct cost of returning the products.
The change of products has costs of 5 € that are charged to the customer and should be included in the return package which is done with an easymailwith which we cooperate by charging a recipient.
In case you wish to send the parcel with a different company, you undertake the entire shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your parcel and it will be returned to you. Shipping costs with the new product are free.
In case you want to buy a discount product you should keep in mind that it is not changed or returned.
We do not accept returns on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 1 + 1 offers and Products that have been purchased at a discount.
In case the product you received is defective, you send it to us by easymail at the recipient's expense and we will replace it for you free of charge.

* In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you the alternative options.
* All returned products must be in their original quality condition, be in the delivery package and do not lack any of the packaging materials.
* The responsibility for the return of products lies solely with the customer. That is why you must make sure that the product is very well packaged when it is returned.
