If you wish to return part or all of your order this can be done within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
Changes are accepted if the product has not been worn or opened and is in its original condition.
A change can be made with any product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.

In the event that your return is not the fault of the company, it will only charge you the direct cost of returning the products.
The change of products has costs of 5 € that are charged to the customer and should be included in the return package which is done with an easymailwith which we cooperate by charging a recipient.
In case you wish to send the parcel with a different company, you undertake the entire shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your parcel and it will be returned to you. Shipping costs with the new product are free.
In case you want to buy a discount product you should keep in mind that it is not changed or returned.
We do not accept returns on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 1 + 1 offers and Products that have been purchased at a discount.
In case the product you received is defective, you send it to us by easymail at the recipient's expense and we will replace it for you free of charge.
